Agomoni is celebrating Rabindra Nazrul Jayanti on June 11th, 2022.
Rabindranath Tagore and Kazi Nazrul Islam share interesting similarities. They were both born in the month of May; Rabindranath on May 7, 1861 and Nazrul on May 24, 1899. They also left for their heavenly abode in the same month; Rabindranath on August 7th, 1941 and Nazrul on August 29th, 1976.
The two also shared a mutual admiration for one another. And remembering the two stalwarts, Agomoni pays tribute to Rabindranath Tagore and Kazi Nazrul Islam on their birth anniversaries.
After 2 years of virtual celebrations, this year it will be in-person and on stage!
